圆锥构件联结是在一般机器设备中常用的方法之一。它的配合精度高,因此对加工圆锥工件需要严格控制和准确测量。圆锥联结基本上有三种配合情况,每种配合均有各自的优点: 1.动配合的圆锥联结,可以调整配合时的间隙大小; 2.密配合的圆锥联结,能够完全消除间隙,起密闭作用; 3.静配合的圆锥联结,利用接触表面间所产生摩擦力来传递扭矩,并使孔与轴保持极高的同心度。
Conical member coupling is one of the commonly used methods in the general machinery and equipment. With its high precision, so the processing of conical workpiece requires strict control and accurate measurement. There are basically three kinds of conical coupling with the situation, each with their own advantages: 1. Dynamic fit of the cone, the gap can be adjusted with the size; 2. With the conical coupling, to completely eliminate the gap, the role of airtight ; 3. Static fit cone coupling, the use of friction between the contact surface to transmit torque, and the hole and the shaft to maintain a high degree of concentricity.
