徽州土地契约文书词汇的主要特点是含有许多反映明清时期徽州人生产生活的特色词语。同时,文书中也出现了一批新的量词及模式化词语。学界相关研究较少。文章通过对文书词汇特点的描摹旨在揭示其在汉语词汇史中的价值。
