中国建筑科学研究院科研试验楼位于北京市朝阳区北三环东路,由中国建筑科学研究院投资兴建。建筑物高79.98m,总建筑面积64508m2,地下4层,地上20层。科研试验楼毗邻中国建筑科学研究院主楼,两楼间过渡采用中庭连廊,外墙采用陶板、铝板及高透玻璃幕墙,与主楼风格一致,浑然一体,具有浓郁的现代感。该BIM项目目标:基于现有BIM软件技术,探索BIM在项目全生命周期的应用;具体内容:建立并维护设计、施工、运维三阶段的BIM模型;基于BIM模型,实施并展现相应阶段的关键点应用,包括:三维可视化、碰撞检查、性能分析、施工模拟、运维分析等。作为业主方——中国建筑科学研究院,主持承担若干BIM
China Academy of Building Research Research Building is located in the North Third Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China Academy of Building Research by the investment. The building is 79.98m high, with a total construction area of 64508m2, 4 floors underground and 20 floors above ground. The research building adjoins the main building of China Academy of Building Research. The atrium is decorated with atriums and corridors. The exterior walls are made of ceramic panels, aluminum panels and high-permeable glass curtain walls. They are in line with the style of the main building and are rich in modernity. The BIM project aims to explore the application of BIM in the project life cycle based on the existing BIM software technology. Specifically, it establishes and maintains a three-phase BIM model of design, construction and operation and maintenance. Based on the BIM model, Key point applications, including: 3D visualization, collision checking, performance analysis, construction simulation, operation and maintenance analysis.
