建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品中硼含量的方法。通过比较湿法消解、干法消解和微波消解三种前处理方法对测定硼含量的结果,结果发现样品的微波消解前处理方法效果最佳。在仪器最佳操作条件下,食品中硼含量检测的线性范围在0~2 mg/L之间;检出限(LODs)为0.002 54 mg/L;回收率在89.00%~97.50%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)<5.0%。该方法具有准确灵敏、简捷快速的特点,能够应对大量食品中硼含量的抽检任务。
A method for the determination of boron in food by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. By comparing the results of three kinds of pretreatment methods, wet digestion, dry digestion and microwave digestion, the result of the determination of boron content showed that the pretreatment method of microwave digestion was the best. Under the optimal operating conditions, the linear range of detection of boron in food was between 0 and 2 mg / L; the limits of detection (LODs) were 0.002 54 mg / L; the recoveries ranged between 89.00% and 97.50% Relative standard deviation (RSD) <5.0%. The method has the characteristics of accurate and sensitive, simple and quick, and can meet the sampling task of boron content in a large amount of food.
