随着中国市场化改革的不断推进,作为市场经济体系中必不可少的微观主体,民营企业在中国长期受到不公正待遇的现象也将逐步予以纠正。然而我国的政治体制改革落后于经济体制改革,民营企业的发展仍然受到不合理的行政体系的束缚。本文通过博弈模型的构建,分析了在市场经济条件下政府行为与民营企业行为的关系,指出政府对民营企业的过度干预不利于民营企业的持续发展,并由此提出了改革政府行为,发展民营企业的战略性思考。
With the continuous marketization reform in China, as an indispensable micro-body in the market economy system, the phenomenon that private-owned enterprises are subjected to unfair treatment in China for a long time will also be gradually corrected. However, the reform of the political system in our country lags behind the reform of the economic system, and the development of the private-owned enterprises is still bound by the unreasonable administrative system. Through the construction of the game model, this paper analyzes the relationship between government behavior and the behavior of private enterprises in a market economy. It points out that over-intervention by the government over private-owned enterprises is not conducive to the sustainable development of private-owned enterprises. Therefore, it is proposed to reform government behavior and develop private economy Strategic thinking of enterprises.
