在常用的金属材料上刷镀,最基本的工艺过程主要包括:机加工被镀表面—电净—活化—镀底层—镀尺寸层—镀工作层等几个工序。其中前三道工序称为表面预处理阶段,达对任何要刷镀的零件,几乎都是必须进行的。后面工序称为正式别镀阶段,对刷镀的零件,不一定都要进行,根据零件的材质,被镀表面的技术要求及损伤特点、镀层的厚度来确定。因此,要镀好一个零件,首先要定好表面预处理工艺,再进行镀层设计,确定镀层结构与镀层厚度,然后才能根据基体材料的性质和设计要求正确合理地制定出整个刷镀过程的工艺流程及各道工序中所用的参数。
