我院激光室自1992年成立以来,应用CO_2激光治疗妇科常见病如子宫颈炎、外阴尖锐湿疣及赘生物、以及巴氏囊肿等手术治疗,取得了满意疗效,无交叉感染的病例发生,在实践中不断总结疗效和治疗经验,不断完善消毒隔离和安全防护措施。我们总结其特点如下。1 激光室手术器械的消毒 激光室手术器械的消毒包括常规性消毒和器械的消毒。主要指激光关节臂输出端头及排烟管端头的消毒,二者的污染来自于CO_2激光手术过程中碳化组织时产生的烟雾,炭化组织及术中接触非病灶区的污染。为避免交叉感染,在每1例手术结束后,立即用75％酒精纱布清除污染物,再用75％酒精纱布包
Since the establishment of Laser Room in our hospital in 1992, we have used CO 2 laser to treat gynecological common diseases such as cervicitis, vulvar condyloma acuminata and vegetation, and Papanicola cyst. We have achieved satisfactory results and no cases of cross-infection have occurred. In practice, we constantly summarize the efficacy and treatment experience, and constantly improve disinfection and isolation and safety protection measures. We summarize its characteristics as follows. 1 Disinfection of Laser Room Surgical Instruments The disinfection of laser room surgical instruments includes routine disinfection and device disinfection. It mainly refers to the disinfection of the output end of the laser joint arm and the end of the exhaust pipe. The pollution of the two comes from the smoke generated during the carbonization of CO 2 laser surgery, and the contamination of the carbonized tissue and the non-lesional area during the operation. To avoid cross-contamination, remove contaminants with 75% alcohol gauze and then apply 75% alcohol gauze after each surgery.
