目的:采用HPLC法测定白癜风颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法:C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温:25℃;流动相:甲醇-水(47:53);检测波长:246nm。结果:补骨脂素5.08~40.64μg线性关系良好,r=0.9998,精密度实验RSD为0.93%,平均回收率为100.22%(RSD=1.81%,n=6);异补骨脂素在6.20~49.60μg之线性关系良好,r=0.9998,精密度实验RSD为0.72%,平均回收率为99.88%(RSD=1.40%,n=6)。结论:所采用方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,可用于白癜风颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Vitiligo Granules by HPLC. Method: C18 (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) column; column temperature: 25 ℃; mobile phase: methanol-water (47:53); detection wavelength: 246nm. Results: Psoralen 5.08 ~ 40.64μg had a good linear relationship (r = 0.9998). The RSD of precision was 0.93% and the average recovery was 100.22% (RSD = 1.81%, n = 6) ~ 49.60 μg, r = 0.9998. The RSD of precision was 0.72% and the average recovery was 99.88% (RSD = 1.40%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of vitiligo particles.
