初夏时节,西子湖迎来一场动漫盛宴——首届中国国际动漫节于2005年6月1日至6月5日在杭州隆重举行。借着首届中国国际动漫节主办城市的东风,杭州打出了“动漫之都,时尚盛会”的旗号。在中国动漫产业拉动引擎的时候,杭州抢到了一个有利的制高点。开幕式那晚,绵延1600米的湖滨,卡通巡游的队伍吸引了成千上万童心未泯的市民,梦想,在动漫中得到宣泄。动漫节不仅仅是一次节日,“互动、体验”是此次动漫节的主题之一,除了动漫体验区以外,动漫嘉年华、Cosplay、游戏擂台赛都有互动性的节目推出,让你玩个够。动漫节来了很多重量级的人物,美国好莱坞、英国BBC,还有香港、台湾地区的动漫“教父”“女王”来了,一大批内地动漫创作者也借助这个平台,首次大规模集体亮相。今天,浙江动漫“硅谷”效应初显,人才储备比较充足;浙江市场体系日趋规范,投资环境优良。以“产业化、国际性、大众化、人文性”为基本理念,杭州将真正成为“动漫之都”。

Today, Zhejiang animation “Silicon Valley” effect first appeared, talent reserves more adequate; Zhejiang market system is becoming more standardized, good investment environment. With “industrialization, internationalization, popularization and humanity” as the basic concept, Hangzhou will truly become the “animation capital.”
