近年来经济的迅速发展使人们的物质生活得到了极大的丰富,人们对于物质生活的追求也变得越来越高。同时对精神方面的追求也发生了诸多的变化,突出表现为更加追求刺激与取乐。这样的形势使得企业员工的思想受到诸多不良影响,使得员工的思想更多呈现出不务实的状态。这样的思想对整个企业都产生了负面的影响。本文立足于当前思政工作的形势和存在的问题,进行对策的探讨。
In recent years, the rapid economic development has greatly enriched people’s material life and people’s pursuit of material life has also become higher and higher. At the same time, many changes have taken place in the pursuit of spirituality, highlighting the more pursuit of excitement and fun. This situation makes the thinking of employees suffer a lot of adverse effects, making the staff’s thinking more unrealistic state. Such thinking has had a negative impact on the entire enterprise. Based on the current situation of ideological and political work and the existing problems, this paper discusses the countermeasures.
