自2012年以来,国内粮食市场出现明显的供大于求状况,稻谷也是如此。但由于大米是主食之一,人们往往忽视其供大于求所带来的后续影响。几年来,积少成多,各种不利因素逐渐聚集,如果再不下大力气改变现状,后果将十分严重。从国内经济总体看,我国农业已不是什么短板问题,而是国民经济的桶底。至少到目前为止,谁也不会否认我国是农业大国,是世界上农民最多国家之一,也是世界上处于贫困线以下人口最多的国家之一,而绝大多数贫困人口仍然在农村。无论GDP在世界上排名如何,
Since 2012, there has been a clear oversupply situation in the domestic grain market, as has rice. However, because rice is one of staple foods, people tend to neglect its follow-up impact caused by oversupply.
