为摸清红魔芋组培苗在景洪市大棚设施条件下能否周年栽培,课题组于2011年1月~2013年12月期间,进行红魔芋组培苗周年栽培试验。结果表明:在景洪市大棚设施条件下,红魔芋组培苗均能周年栽培,平均成活率为85.9%,最佳栽培月份为6~7月,其次是4月、5月、8月、9月。
In order to find out whether the tissue culture seedlings of Amorphophallus konjac could be cultivated on an annual basis under the greenhouse facilities in Jinghong City, the research team conducted the annual cultivation experiment on the tissue culture seedlings of Amorphophallus konjac from January 2011 to December 2013. The results showed that under the conditions of greenhouses in Jinghong City, the tissue culture of Artemisia nitidarum could be cultivated on an annual basis with the average survival rate of 85.9% and the best cultivation month of June to July, followed by April, May and August, September.
