课堂是实施新课程改革的主阵地、大舞台,是师生互动的主场所。“以课为本”提高课堂效率,必须要求教师转变教学观念,优化自己的课堂教学过程,在“学、思、练”主题教学模式研究中得到进一步深化和扩展,充分发挥组成课堂教学各要素的能动作用,促进课堂教学的整体优化。在小学数学课堂中重视学生个性的和谐发展,并通过教学唤起学生的求知欲和对个人全面发展的追求,体现了“以生为本”的教学理念。同时,引导学生独立思考,主动获取信息,实现知识、能力和人格的协同发展。这样不仅能够提高学生的学习效率,而且可以培养学生的创新能力。针对数学课堂中学生个性发展的策略谈谈几点做法:
