近年来，山西省棉花生产面临着困扰和滑坡之势，如何走出低谷，重振棉花生产优势，使农民靠种棉花走向富裕，是山西省棉花生产发展所必须解决的问题。技术对策有提高单产、促进副产品深加工等。
In recent years, the cotton production in Shanxi Province is faced with trouble and landslide tendency. How to get out of the doldrums, revitalize the advantage of cotton production, and make peasants rely on cotton for prosperity are the problems that must be solved in cotton production development in Shanxi Province. Technical measures have to improve yields, and promote deep processing of by-products.
