中国优秀论文外流严重,但学术影响力并没有随着SCI论文数量的增长而明显提高,已经严重影响到我国科技期刊甚至科学技术的发展。在提高科技期刊整体实力的同时,急需建立华语科技论文检索数据库和期刊索引数据库,一方面为科研工作者服务,另一方面争取在学术评价方面的话语权。
The outstanding Chinese papers have been seriously extinct, but their academic influence has not significantly increased with the increase of the number of SCI papers, which has seriously affected the development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals and even science and technology. While improving the overall strength of sci-tech periodicals, it is urgent to establish a database of Chinese scientific and technological theses search and database of periodical indexes, on the one hand to serve for scientific researchers and on the other hand to win the right of speech in academic evaluation.
