条缝焊接网是一种筛分过滤的金属构件,其断面形式为梯形,筛缝上窄下宽,不易堵孔,具有坚固、耐磨、耐腐蚀、寿命长和安全可靠等优点。它广泛应用在矿山、煤炭、石油、粮食、食盐和环保等行业,特别是在煤炭的脱水、脱泥以及脱介中大量广泛使用。由于条缝焊接网自身的独特结构形式,因此需采用特殊的压网方式,将其牢靠固定在振动筛上,保证条缝焊接网不松动、不窜动,使其完成整个筛分过滤过程。
