为探讨精神分裂症患者血清蛋白是否存在与正常人血清不同的成份,用免疫参比电泳法对精神分裂症血清蛋白进行分析。参比电泳法所用抗体以精神分裂症混合血清免疫家兔获得。结果55.6%(10/18)精神分裂症血清的沉淀线与正常参比血清不能完全吻合。提示有异常血清蛋白存在,而在正常对照组血清中未发现与正常参比血清有不完全吻合者,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。表明在精神分裂症血清中可能存在与正常血清不同的、与精神分裂症相关的蛋白。对其深入研究有可能寻找到精神分裂症标志物。
In order to investigate whether the serum protein of schizophrenia patients have different composition from normal human serum, the serum protein of schizophrenia was analyzed by immuno-contrast electrophoresis. Reference electrophoresis antibody used to schizophrenia mixed serum immunized rabbits. Results 55.6% (10/18) of schizophrenia serum sedimentation line and the normal reference serum can not be completely consistent. Suggesting abnormal serum protein exists, while in the normal control serum was not found with the normal reference serum are not completely consistent, the two groups were significantly different (P <0.01). It indicates that schizophrenia-related proteins that are different from normal serum may exist in schizophrenia sera. In-depth study may find schizophrenia markers.
