人力资源开发的职能得到了拓展和延伸 随着知识社会的到来,很多企业领导人认识到,知识对于企业已经成为比资本、土地等资源重要得多的一种资源。而知识是由人所掌控的,知识资源的价值体现,不仅有赖于企业内高素质的人力资源,同时还有赖于企业整体的知识管理水平。于是知识管理进入了企业管理的前沿领域,知识总监等新岗位应运而生,甚至在一些企业里成为取代人力资源经理的新头衔。从这个变化出发,人力资源开发的职能开始向企业内部的知识与信息的收集、传播、跟踪、加工、储备、创新以及不断提升知识价值的方面渗透和转变。

Starting from this change, the functions of human resource development have begun to penetrate and transform the collection, dissemination, tracking, processing, storage, innovation, and continuous improvement of knowledge value of the company’s internal knowledge and information.
