对滚珠轴承钢带状偏析的改进工作一般冶金工作者认为只有从精炼过程和增加锻压比着手,作者从一系列实验证明,这种看法是不够全面的,曾使用100—150公厘方形钢锭加热至1200℃进行高温扩散六小时可以消灭带状偏析。不过长时间在高温下保温,钢锭表面脱炭是严重的。作者所提有效地改善带状偏析的方法虽有缺点,但已指出一个努力方向。目前我国滚珠轴承钢及其他钢种的带状偏析情况相当严重,希冶金工作者进一步研究,并考虑从严格控制停锻停轧温度来改善带状偏析。
