简述目前有机-无机复混肥生产工艺;介绍高塔熔融工艺生产有机-无机复混肥的工艺流程;研究该工艺生产过程中pH、水含量及温度对料浆羰氨反应的影响程度,确定工艺技术指标,为该工艺工业化生产提供基础数据及研发方向。结果表明,控制生产温度≤113℃、pH在6~7、料浆w(H_2O)在0.5%~0.7%时,高塔熔融造粒料浆的羰氨反应较为平缓,有机-无机复混肥产品质量也较稳定,满足工业化生产需求。
