泛素-蛋白酶体复合通路是一种高效蛋白降解途径,主要负责真核细胞内蛋白质的选择性降解。该通路通过其特殊的蛋白酶体裂解活性,上调或下调妇科恶性肿瘤中某些细胞周期蛋白、抑癌基因和转录因子等的表达,并可以通过改变组织相容性复合物限制性I类抗原(MHC-I)限制性抗原肽的生成,参与妇科恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。新近研究资料表明,特异性蛋白酶体抑制剂可诱导多种肿瘤细胞系凋亡,为妇科恶性肿瘤治疗提供新思路。
The ubiquitin-proteasome complex pathway is a highly efficient protein degradation pathway that is responsible for the selective degradation of proteins within eukaryotes. This pathway, through its special proteasome cleavage activity, up-regulates or down-regulates the expression of some cyclin, tumor suppressor genes and transcription factors in gynecological malignancies and can be modified by changing the histocompatibility complex-restricted class I antigens MHC-I) restricted antigen peptide, participate in the occurrence and development of gynecologic malignancies. Recent research data show that specific proteasome inhibitor can induce apoptosis in a variety of tumor cell lines, providing a new idea for the treatment of gynecological malignancies.
