本文采用ELISA法和免疫组化法,分别检测肝病患者2721例血清和45例肝组织标本不同的肝炎病毒感染标志。血清标本检测了抗-HAV-IgM、抗-HCV、五项HBVM(HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe和抗-HBc);肝组织标本检测HDAg。结果证实我省存在有甲、乙、丙和丁四型病毒性肝炎。
In this paper, ELISA and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect different markers of hepatitis B virus infection in 2721 cases of liver disease and 45 cases of liver tissue samples. Serum samples were tested for anti-HAV-IgM, anti-HCV, five HBVMs (HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc); The results confirmed the existence of our province A, B, C and D four types of viral hepatitis.
