对于内氧化法制备 Al2 O3 - Cu复合材料 ,为了精确控制生成的 Al2 O3 粒子的形态及分布 ,对其反应动力学进行了理论分析 ,并将分析结果与实验结果进行对比。分析得出 :当内氧化温度一定时 ,内氧化时间 t与 Al2 O3 点状化合物层厚度δ为抛物线关系 ,高的内氧化温度使 Al2 O3 颗粒尺寸增大。理论分析结果与实验结果一致 ,可将分析结果用作确定内氧化工艺参数时参考
For the preparation of Al 2 O 3 - Cu composites by internal oxidation, the reaction kinetics was theoretically analyzed in order to precisely control the morphology and distribution of Al 2 O 3 particles generated. The analytical results were compared with the experimental results. The analysis shows that when the internal oxidation temperature is constant, the internal oxidation time t is parabolic with the thickness δ of Al 2 O 3 dotted compound layer, and the high internal oxidation temperature increases the size of Al 2 O 3 particles. The theoretical analysis results are consistent with the experimental results, which can be used as a reference when determining the internal oxidation process parameters
