用正交试验设计法得出了Ni35CrWV延迟线合金中各合金元素对延时温度系数和超声衰减的作用规律,从而给出具有良好导声性能且延时温度系数|γt|≤5×10~(-6)/℃(-20~+40℃)的合金成份。简单地讨论了合金元素和热处理制度对性能影响的机制。
The effects of various alloying elements on the delay temperature coefficient and ultrasonic attenuation in the Ni35CrWV alloy were obtained by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the delay temperature coefficient | γt | ≤5 × 10 ~ (-6) / ° C (-20 to + 40 ° C). The mechanism of the effect of alloying elements and heat treatment regimes on performance is briefly discussed.
