针对近年来我国自然灾害频发和调度应急管理的实际现状,国网公司逐步启动了省公司备用调度、地县备用调度建设。嘉兴电力局成功建成了以“地县一体化、调控一体化、异地互备化”为特征的智能电网地县调控一体化异地互备技术支持系统,对浙江各地区地县备用调度技术支持系统建设具有很强的示范作用。
