按 GB177-77标准测定水泥标号需28天才能得到结果,不能满足生产急需。为了解决这个问题,我们根据有关资料介绍,用温水养护的方法快速测定水泥强度,在实际使用中取得较好的效果,现介绍如下。一、温水法操作过程1.按水泥 GB177-77软练法成型一组(三块)水泥试块。2.在成型后的水泥试块外露面盖上涂油的玻璃盖板,并用手轻轻压紧,将试块带模放入烘箱内。3.试块在温度为45±2℃的烘箱中,恒温6小时后取出拆模。4.将拆模后的水泥块再放在温度为50±2℃的恒温水箱内,水面高出试块2～3cm,养护17小时。
According to the GB177-77 standard, it takes 28 days to determine the cement label to get the result and it cannot meet the urgent need of production. In order to solve this problem, according to relevant information, we used the method of warm water conservation to quickly determine the strength of cement and achieved good results in practical use. Put the oiled glass cover on the exposed surface of the molded cement test piece and gently press tightly. Put the test block into the oven. 3. The test block was taken out of the oven after being heated for 6 hours in an oven at a temperature of 45±2°C. 4. The demoulded cement block is placed in a constant temperature water tank with a temperature of 50±2°C. The water surface is 2 to 3 cm higher than the test block, and the curing time is 17 hours.
