本刊特邀吴钢先生开设专栏,将他多年来拍摄文化艺术界人物的照片以及背后的故事整理并刊登出来,分享给读者。栏题“出将入相”系借用:戏剧家曹禺先生为吴钢的第一次摄影展及画册《出将入相》题词并作序,其序中写道“……《出将入相》原意‘出则为将,入则为相’。唐崔颢诗‘两朝出将复入相,五世迭鼓乘朱轮。’描绘出在帝王朝代,位极人臣的殊荣。在旧日舞台上,将军、宰相在上场门出,在下场门进。上下场门各挂一帘,上场门上书‘出将’,下场门上书‘入相’。我小时候看戏,还亲眼见过。其实,生旦净末丑,举凡才子佳人、市井小丑,都在同样的上下场门出入,那倒是很平等的。”这段话作为本栏目的注解也合适,是以引用于此。作为开篇,本期我们选用两篇文章:吴钢的《赵丹与金山论戏》和他的父亲——著名学者、戏剧家、导演吴祖光先生的《笨儿吴钢学艺记》。
