目的通过对某板业有限公司建设项目产生的职业病危害因素进行确定,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的岗位提出职业病控制措施。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测检验和检查表分析法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要有化学毒物(甲醛、氨、锰及其化合物、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧等)、木粉尘、电焊烟尘、噪声、高温、紫外辐射等。工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果显示,大部分职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)符合国家职业卫生标准的要求,但有1个作业岗位的木粉尘浓度和2个作业岗位的噪声强度超过国家职业接触限值。结论该建设项目整体的职业病危害控制效果较好,但个别职业病危害防护设施及职业卫生管理制度仍需进一步完善,特别是防尘设施和职业卫生应急救援预案的完善和执行。
OBJECTIVE To determine occupational hazards caused by the construction projects of a certain board company, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward occupational disease control measures for those positions that do not meet the occupational disease hazard protection requirements. Methods The occupational health survey, workplace occupational hazards test and checklist analysis were used to evaluate the construction project. Results The main occupational hazards in the process of production were chemical poisons (formaldehyde, ammonia, manganese and their compounds, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, etc.), wood dust, welding dust, noise, high temperature, Radiation. The test results of occupational hazards in the workplace showed that the concentration (or intensity) of most of the occupational hazards met the requirements of the national occupational health standards, but the concentration of wood dust in one job and the noise intensity in two jobs exceeded the national occupational exposure limits value. Conclusion The overall control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project is good, but some occupational hazards prevention facilities and occupational health management systems still need to be further improved, especially the improvement and implementation of the dust-proof facilities and occupational health emergency rescue plans.
