目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:130例随机分为研究组和对照组各65例,两组均用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,研究组加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,治疗4周后比较临床效果。结果:总有效率研究组93.85%、对照组72.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心电图疗效总有效率研究组86.15%、对照组69.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较好,可快速有效的改善临床症状,安全性较高。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods: One hundred and thirty cases were randomly divided into study group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases). Both groups were treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets. The study group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills. The clinical effect was compared 4 weeks after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93.85% in the study group and 72.31% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Electrocardiogram total effective rate of 86.15% in the study group, 69.23% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The compound Danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate have a good curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can improve the clinical symptoms quickly and effectively with high safety.
