目的1998年4月～2000年4月32例膀胱肿瘤患者行膀胱部分切除术或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切或汽化术后采用吡柔比星（THP）即吡喃阿霉素膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发。方法THP30mg每周一次．连用8周，以后每月一次．连用8个月。结果32例采用THP治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者均获随访，复发4例。未见有全身性药物不良反应，1例因灌药后出现明显膀胱刺激症状不能耐受而改用丝裂霉素。结论THP膀胱内灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发疗效满意．值得临床关注。
Objectives From April 1998 to April 2000, 32 patients with bladder cancer underwent bladder partial resection or transurethral resection of the bladder tumor after transurethral resection of the bladder tumor with pirarubicin (THP) Recurrence after surgery. Method THP30mg once a week. Used for 8 weeks, once a month later. Used for 8 months. Results 32 cases of patients with bladder cancer treated with THP were followed up and relapsed in 4 cases. No systemic adverse drug reactions, 1 case of bladder irritation due to obvious symptoms can not tolerate and switch to mitomycin. Conclusions Intravesical instillation of THP is effective in preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Worth clinical attention.
