为研究如何防止在驱动时车轮空转、制动时车轮滑行,用喷水的办法改变轮轨表面粗糙度和温度,利用双圆盘滚动接触试验台针对轮轨牵引系数进行了一系列试验。结果表明,在任意温度状态下,最大牵引系数都发生在1μm~3μm的合成粗糙度范围内。随着温度的上升,最大牵引系数可以增大到0.4。
In order to study how to prevent wheel idling during driving, wheel gliding during braking, surface roughness and temperature of wheel / rail changed by water spraying, a series of experiments were conducted on wheel / rail traction coefficient by double disc rolling contact test bench. The results show that at any temperature, the maximum traction coefficient occurs in the synthetic roughness of 1μm ~ 3μm. As the temperature increases, the maximum traction coefficient can be increased to 0.4.
