实验比较了一系列2-(2′-噻唑偶氮)苯酚及2-(2′-吡啶偶氮)苯酚衍生物与铌的显色反应,表明在偶氮基对位含有羟基、氨基、取代氨基等极性基团的试剂反应灵敏度及络合物稳定性较佳。本文补充报道有关用2-(2′-噻唑偶氮)5-二乙氨基-苯酚(TAE)作铌的光度测定的部分实验结果。用两种方法测得1:1络合物的表观稳定常数相应为1.2×10~6及2.0×10~6。给出了TAE的合成步骤。
A series of experiments were carried out to compare the color reaction of 2- (2’-thiazolylazo) phenol and 2- (2’-pyridylazo) phenol derivatives with niobium, indicating that the azo group has hydroxyl, amino, substitution Ammonia and other polar groups reactant reagent sensitivity and stability of complex is better. A section of experimental results on the photometric determination of niobium with 2- (2’-thiazolylazo) 5-diethylamino-phenol (TAE) is additionally reported herein. The apparent stability constants of the 1: 1 complexes measured by the two methods were 1.2 × 10 -6 and 2.0 × 10 -6, respectively. The TAE synthesis steps are given.
