目的:了解2013年惠州市铅接触工人血铅和血锌原卟啉(ZPP)水平。方法:采集惠州市4家中型蓄电池厂2000名铅接触工人静脉血,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定血铅,用ZPP-3800锌原卟啉仪测定ZPP。结果:2000名铅接触工人血铅水平为0.31~9.1μmol/L,210人超标,超标率为10.5%;ZPP水平为0.61~11.6μmol/L,190人超标,超标率为9.5%。铅接触工人血铅和ZPP含量有相关性。结论:该市铅接触工人血铅和ZPP检出率较高,监管部门应该督促企业改进生产工艺和对铅接触工人定期进行职业健康体检。
Objective: To understand the levels of blood lead and blood zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) in lead exposed workers in Huizhou city in 2013. Methods: A total of 2000 lead exposed workers were enrolled in 4 medium battery factories in Huizhou City. Blood lead levels were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. ZPP was measured by ZPP-3800 zinc protoporphyrin meter. Results: The blood lead level of 2000 lead exposed workers was 0.31-9.1μmol / L, with 210 exceeding the standard. The exceeding standard rate was 10.5%. The level of ZPP was 0.61 ~ 11.6μmol / L, exceeding the standard of 190 people. The exceeding standard rate was 9.5%. Lead exposure workers blood lead and ZPP content are related. Conclusion: There is a high detection rate of blood lead and ZPP in lead exposed workers in the city. Regulators should urge enterprises to improve production technology and conduct regular occupational health examination of workers exposed to lead.
