Intelligence information industry theory is an important subject in the research of intelligence in our country in recent years. However, with the deepening of the reform, the intelligence agencies of a business nature are facing a severe situation and there is an urgent need to find a reasonable way out for their own development. Therefore, the industrialization of information and intelligence has naturally become a striking issue in the intelligence industry and has become a top priority for the intelligence community. Intelligence information industry means division of labor. People’s classification of industries is the recognition of division of labor, and intelligence and information industry is the result of the development of contemporary social economy and productivity. Therefore, the comprehension of the concept of information and intelligence industry is actually a re-understanding of the structure of contemporary socio-economic development and the level of productive forces. Obviously, the central concept of intelligence information industry is industry rather than intelligence information
