目的观察直流电源紫外线消毒灯对物体表面消毒效果,为野外环境下消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对一种直流电源紫外线消毒灯杀菌效果进行观察。结果该直流电源紫外线灯输出功率为8 W,在垂直面30 cm表面紫外线辐射强度为81μW/cm2。用该紫外线灯于灯下垂直30 cm载体上照射30 min,对载体大肠杆菌杀灭率可达100%,照射60 min对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率可达100%,照射75 min对载体枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢不能达到杀灭对数值≥3.0。开启紫外线消毒灯对移动式操作平台内部照射30 min,可使物体表面上自然菌消除率达到90%以上。结论该直流电源紫外线消毒灯在近距离照射具有良好的杀菌效果,可作为野外条件下微生物操作装置内空气和表面消毒应用。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of UV disinfection lamp on the surface of the object and provide a scientific basis for the disinfection application in the field. Methods The method of carrier quantitative sterilization was used to observe the bactericidal effect of a UV disinfection lamp with DC power. Results The DC power UV lamp output power of 8 W, 30 cm in the vertical surface of the UV radiation intensity of 81μW / cm2. Open the UV disinfection of the mobile platform for 30 min internal irradiation, the natural surface of the object can eliminate more than 90% of bacteria. Conclusion The DC power UV disinfection lamp has a good bactericidal effect at close range irradiation and can be used as air and surface disinfection in the microbial operating device in the field.
