作为一名年轻记者,我认为大练兵活 动是场及时雨,从大的方面说,打造一流 媒体需要一支一流的队伍;就我个人而 言,如此系统的学习、培训机会很难得, 对于提高自身的业务水平、思想素质和工 作作风有很大帮助。经过4个多月的学习 练兵,我的感受是眼界开阔了、知识丰富 了、业务熟练了。
As a young journalist, I think it is a rainy day for large-scale training activities. In a large sense, it requires a first-rate team for building first-class media. For me personally, such systematic learning and training opportunities are rare, and for improving myself The level of business, ideological quality and style of work have great help.
