邓小平同志十分重视新时期党的建设。作为第二代党中央领导集体的核心,在领导建设有中国特色的社会主义的伟大实践中,提出了一系列新的理论和观点,极大地丰富和发展了马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想关于党的建设的学说,为新时期加强党的建设提供了有力的思想武器。本文拟就邓小平新时期执政党建设的重点、保证、目标等问题谈一些粗浅的认识。
