为了解近年来我区流行性出血热的流行状况,为其防治工作提供科学依据,我们1998年在我区的郓城县设立监测点1处,现将监测结果报告分析如下。1 监测方法1.1 宿主动物调查 采用夹捕法,每季度捕鼠1次,每次连捕3夜。将捕获的鼠类进行分类,灭菌操作剖取鼠肺置入冰箱速冻,在冷冻条件下速送山东省卫生防疫站病毒科作病毒抗原检测。
