目的观察胃宝冲剂对乙醇和醋酸所致的大鼠胃粘膜急、慢性损伤的保护作用。方法 用乙醇和醋酸烧灼致大鼠急、慢性胃粘膜损伤方法，观察胃宝冲剂５ｇ／ｋｇ、２．５ｇ／ｋｇ、１．２５ｇ／ｋｇ灌胃给药后对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用，并与胃苏冲剂比较。结果胃宝冲剂可使胃粘膜损伤面积缩小，损伤的病理改变明显减轻。结论胃宝冲剂具有保护胃粘膜的作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Weibao Granules on acute and chronic gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol and acetic acid in rats. Methods The acute and chronic gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol and acetic acid was cauterized in rats. The gastric mucosal injury was observed after gastric perfusion with 5g / kg, 2.5g / kg and 1.25g / Compared with Wei Su granules. Results Wei Bao granules can reduce the area of gastric mucosal injury, pathological changes significantly lessened. Conclusion Weibao granule has the function of protecting gastric mucosa.
