Hubei Jinsha Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a former limited liability company (formerly established in 1985), which was renamed as the Third Construction and Installation Engineering Company of Chengguan Town, Hongan County. It is a first-class qualified enterprise for general contracting of housing construction. The following housing construction projects can be undertaken for the construction of the following housing structures with a single contract of construction of not more than 5 times the registered capital of the enterprise: (1) building construction of various types and sizes below 40 storeys; (2) structures of height of 240 meters and below;
