目的了解沈阳市医疗机构血液透析室医院感染管理现状,规范血液透析室的医院感染管理工作。方法采用现场调查和环境采样检测方法,对各级医疗机构血液透析室进行了监测。结果本市多数医院血液透析室均存在不同程度的布局流程不合理,手卫生设施配置不到位。有80.6%血液透析室规章制度、技术规范、操作规程等比较健全。透析用水卫生质量合格率均在95%以上。少数血液透析室消毒剂使用不规范。结论本市医疗机构血液透析室管理不够规范,监管力度不强,需要加强管理,进一步规范血液透析室医院感染管理。
Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection management in hemodialysis clinics in medical institutions in Shenyang and to standardize the management of nosocomial infections in hemodialysis laboratories. Methods The field survey and environmental sampling methods were used to monitor the hemodialysis rooms of medical institutions at all levels. Results Most of the hospital hemodialysis room in the city there are different levels of distribution process unreasonable, hand sanitation facilities are not in place. There are 80.6% hemodialysis room rules and regulations, technical specifications, operating procedures and more sound. Dialysis water sanitation quality pass rates are above 95%. A small number of hemodialysis room disinfectant non-standard use. Conclusion The management of hemodialysis rooms in medical institutions in the city is not standardized and its supervision is not strong enough. It is necessary to strengthen management and further standardize the management of nosocomial infection in hemodialysis rooms.
