经过长期努力,边远山区农村逐渐扩大广播电视覆盖,尤其是2009年的广播电视“村村通”工程项目实施过后,很好地解决了边远山区看电视和听广播难的问题。可是由于缺少长效机制,电压不稳和停电等因素的影响,农村用户无法正常看电视和听广播。广播电视管理人员要针对发展现状,探索出边远山区农村广播电视长期稳定的发展途径。
After long-term efforts, the rural areas in remote mountainous areas have gradually expanded their radio and television coverage. Especially after the implementation of the radio and television “village-through-village” project in 2009, they have solved the problem of watching television and listening to radio in remote mountainous areas. However, due to the lack of long-term mechanism, voltage instability and power outages, rural users can not normally watch TV and listen to the radio. Radio and television management personnel should, in view of the status quo of development, explore long-term and stable development paths for rural radio and television in remote mountainous areas.
