一、职工教育 1.青壮年职工“双补”。经过82——85年的“双补”工作,全区九县(市)初中文化补课合格71,504人。合格率为81.9%;初级技术补课合格48,692人,合格率为89.6%。超额完成了省下达的任务指标。 2.职工高中文化教育。经过84—90年各种形式的高中文化教育,累计毕业人数19,142人,合格率69.67%. 3.职工中等专业教育。全区有各类职工专业学校17所。83——90年,脱产班学员有1,595人毕业。毕业生中的7%已成为骨干,10%走上了领导岗位。 4.中级技术培训及其他职工岗位培训。 (1)班组长培训。87——90年,全区通过各种形式累计培训16,985名班组长,培训面100%,其中有1,000多人受训两次以上。 (2)技术工人培训。86——90年,全区通过各种形式培训中级技术人员,合格人数79,384人,占技术
