现今,各种突发事件不断发生,如何科学应对、妥善处理,是当今世界各国政府必须面对的问题。近几年我国发生各类突发公共事件约500万起,造成直接经济损失3000多亿元人民币,其中因自然灾害造成的经济损失占2/3。突发事件造成人员死亡20万左右。突发公共事件给我国社会经济和人民生命财产造成了极大损失。不久前,本刊记者就应对公共危机事件采访了正在中央党校学习的中国行政管理学会副会长兼秘书长、应急管理专家高小平。
Nowadays, all kinds of emergencies continue to occur. How to deal with them scientifically and deal with them properly is a problem that all the governments in the world must face. In recent years, there have been about 5 million public emergencies of various kinds in our country, causing direct economic losses of over 300 billion yuan, of which 2/3 of the economic losses caused by natural disasters. Incidents caused about 200,000 deaths. Public emergencies caused tremendous losses to our social economy and people’s lives and property. Not long ago, our reporter interviewed Gao Xiaoping, vice president and secretary general of the China Institute of Administration and emergency management expert who is studying at the Central Party School in response to public crises.
