农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础,只有基础牢,才能天下牢。通过在顺义区委工作的实践和深入思考,我认为,当前农村基层党的建设工作必须进一步增强适应性,并从以下五个方面切实改进和加强。
The basic grass-roots party organizations in rural areas are the basis for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness in the rural areas.
