本文在扼要介绍了航空燃气涡轮发动机转子支承轴承的结构特点、使用条件、润滑冷却技术以及内部驱动功率损失的基础上,重点阐述了滚动轴承的热状态计算方法。同时,针对航空发动机热区轴承的工作特点,建立了从外部向轴承加热时的热状态计算方法。利用文中介绍的计算方法,可以更加合理地确定转子支承轴承的滑油供油量。 这些计算方法不仅适用于航空发动机转子支承轴承,也适用于航空减速器的支承轴承。
Based on the brief introduction of the structural characteristics, service conditions, lubrication and cooling technology and the loss of internal drive power of the rotor support bearing of the gas turbine engine, this paper mainly elaborates the thermal state calculation method of the rolling bearing. At the same time, aiming at the working characteristics of the aero-engine hot zone bearing, a method of calculating the thermal state from the outside to the bearing is set up. Using the calculation method described in the text, the oil supply to the rotor support bearing can be more reasonably determined. These calculations apply not only to the rotor bearings of aeroengines but also to the support bearings of the aero-reducer.
