跑是人们的基本活动能力,快速跑是跑中一项典型且普遍的运动项目,它不受场地条件限制,具有较高锻炼价值,是小学体育教材中的一项重要教学内容。但它动作单调、枯燥无味,在平时教学中学生的学习热情不是很高,甚至有些孩子产生了厌倦、低落等情绪。为了解决这一难题,在磨课的初期,笔者就一直在琢磨用怎么样的教学方式和手段来激发学生的学习兴趣,经过反复尝试,确定了本节课的教学主线。整节课最大的亮点是将自制可拆卸绳梯教具
