作为高校内部重要的文化服务体系,也是作为传播知识文化途径的重要方式,图书馆服务应该是面向全校师生的,并且无盈利的收集与传播文化知识信息。充分应用各种资源应对读者对于信息的需求,在这个过程中工作人员是提供服务的实践者,因此树立良好的服务思想,提高专业职业素质,是现代化高校图书馆服务的关键,只有掌握丰富、全面的管理常识,才能够为服务工作的顺利进行奠定基础。本文具体分析了高校图书馆工作人员的职业素养,通过结合发展现状,提出了对应措施。
