2014年底召开的全国统计工作会议指出,服务业已成为我国第一大产业,进一步深化服务业统计改革至关重要。会议提出2015年年初要正式生产月度服务业生产指数,并将深化服务业统计改革列为年度深化重点领域统计改革的任务之一。很显然,作为月度服务业生产指数的重要编制依据——规模以上服务业企业月报,其数据质量直接关系到服务业改革的深化和成效。那么,影响和制约服务业
