目前防止地黄品种退化的良种繁育方法有以下几种:一、建立(?)种田即在每年倒栽时,选择该品种无病、根茎笼头短、生长集中、高产的植株,单独繁植若干畦,并经过去杂去劣,作留种用。北京市通县西集推广的北京一号、北京二号和西北旺药用植物试验场的若干地黄品种,由于采用了这种方法留种,十几年来未见有明显的退化。
